Saturday mornings are for coffee with friends, strolls in Notting Hill and flower shopping. This place is everything you’d expect from a florist in Notting Hill: colourful, artistic and the perfect place to take an Instagram.
Set in a listed building called the Turquoise Island, Wild at Heart is my favourite florist. On Saturday Albertine and I decided to treat ourselves to some flowers. After we had a look at the lovely flowers we strolled past the designer shops of Westbourne Grove and stopped at a café for brunch as we avoided the overcrowded market around the corner.
Crafted from red lace, my top is a recent Topshop Boutique purchase . Although it was on the pricey side for a top at £55 the lace detailing was too beautiful to resist. Featuring a plunge neckline and peplum shape, it’s finished with frilly trims for a flirty finish.
You might recognise these jeans from my last blog post in Notting Hill here (as you can probably tell, they’re my absolute favourite). Embroidered with a high waist cut and personalised lettering – they’re a denim dream.
As always, my accessories are simple with my Daniel Wellington watch, statement red lipstick and a black handbag. This new modern classic from Radley adds a sophisticated touch to any outfit. This Medium Cross Body Bag has given their timeless Liverpool Street Collection a uniquely chic, and Chloé-esque, touch. The grab ring handles are so pretty and I’ve been carrying it with me everywhere. I love that Radley have added shimmery rose gold to their bags, it really elopes the small details shine.
I’m really sorry to tell you that these beautiful red heels from Little Mistress are sold out. Everyone always compliments me on the gorgeous big bows. They’re a tad extravagant for a Saturday afternoon but you know what, who cares. I think they’re fabulous!
