Spring Has Sprung – Styling Topshop Dresses

Spring has sprung and the season of dresses has arrived.  Maybe I’m a little bit too excitable but as soon as I see the first sign of warmer weather and cherry blossoms blooming I can’t resist a wardrobe update. Goodbye scarves and wooly socks, hello sandals and sunglasses. 👋

This blush base mini dress with a gold dot pattern and fluted sleeves had to be mine as soon as I saw it. The romantic ruffle details from shoulders to hem have put a spring in my step for Spring. It’s probably more fitting for a fancy afternoon tea but I couldn’t resist wearing it for a weekend stroll when the sun appeared last Saturday.

It’s hard to believe this stunner of a dress was only £50! Topshop have rails of gorgeous new dresses at the moment – the new season prints are fabulous and I’ve seen lots of my favourite bloggers styling the ruffled numbers so you’re in good company when you treat yourself to one of their dresses.

This Blue Folio Bag is from Cambridge Satchel Company, I mean where else could I get an embossed bag this beautiful? It’s big enough for my laptop and notepad when I go to work and the pastel shade of blue is a welcome flash of colour to my office wardrobe (although I take it almost everywhere with me now).

My accessories, as always, are by Merci Maman. They’re dainty, delicate and barely ever leave my wrists. I’m also wearing Rose Gold Ray-Bans because a girl can never have enough pink right?! I picked them up at a real bargain price at World Duty Free before my holiday to Thailand.
