Sight seeing in Rome with Clarks

I just got back from a trip to Rome and after flicking through all my photographs I’m longing to return. Rome, Italy’s capital, is a sprawling, cosmopolitan city with nearly 3,000 years of globally influential art, architecture and culture on display. I was visiting to learn about the culture and heritage so spent each day travelling between monuments and historical features.

All the walking meant I needed a pair of shoes that could keep me on my feet and I always know that when I buy a pair of Clarks shoes they will not only last but be comfortable. This loyalty has kept me returning to the store so when I booked my flights to Rome I knew a new pair of shoes were in order!

Clarks have a great collection of Desert Boots in store and online at the moment, which are perfect for festivals and holidays, so I was spoilt for choice when choosing a pair. These iconic Clarks Originals’ desert boots are designed in authentic sand English suede and I love the modest shade as the go with everything in my suitcase. I wore my favourite desert boots in sand for strolling through the cobbled Italian streets and exploring ancient ruins such as the Roman Forum and the Colosseum.
