My Three Floor Dress

Hot new London label Three Floor brings forth a covetable collection based on clean, fluid lines and softly tailored separates. Inspired by the effortless style of fashion insiders, models and bloggers, channel Three Floor’s laidback-luxe aesthetic with slouchy-chic tops, tailored city shorts and easy, breezy dresses.

Founded in 2011, Three Floor was born from a shared desire to provide contemporary, high quality fashion. Every season they aim to create a line that offers an impeccable selection of affordable fashion-forward pieces to be coveted as timeless wardrobe staples.

For the recent charity event that Frey de Fleur hosted I wore the Cos Mos dress from their most recent collection. The blue long-sleeves had intricate lace detail which crept up the back as well before meeting at the nape of my neck with three small gold buttons as a fastening.

The nude underskirt made me feel fabulous as it fitted well and hugged my figure in the right places. There was also a nude coloured panel in a deep V neckline which is equally as flattering. I was slightly apprehensive that all the dresses wouldn’t suit my shape as Three Floor design most of their dresses for models but I was pleasantly surprised that despite not being a size 6 the dress made me feel really confident.

Horizontal panels and inserts in contrasting colours create the signature Three Floor design so the pale blue alongside navy, yellow and grey really completed the chic look of the dress. I styled my three floor dress with my lace up Emily Ann boots by Dr Marten and a simple yellow box clutch by New Look with a gold chain which looked great with my navy manicure.

My outfit wouldn’t be complete without jewellery and Ottoman Hands had some perfect colours to match with their navy and lime stones. I love to adorn my hands with their stackable rings but for this occasion I chose two statement rings instead. The yellow cat eye ring has a beautiful oval shaped stone and looked great styled with my lapis lazuli and lime agate two stone ring.

I also wore circle earrings made from Lapis Lazuli which peaked out of my loose curls. These handcrafted beautiful drop earrings are set with Lapis Lazuli stones and finished in hammered gold plated on brass, with a wire hook fitting.

The team at Three Floor say they design for “the girl you see in the street-style pictures that look effortless without being mainstream; she’s the girl that everyone wants to be, the one who has managed to redefine style today in a way that destroys traditional boundaries”.

Now in their seventh collection they have been featured within blogs that I love as well as on celebrities; it is clear in their designs that bloggers, editors and models off duty are the original source of inspiration at Three Floor. The ranges are always vibrant, playful and effortless, comprising of luxe contrasting fabrics, statement colour palettes and clean fluid lines.
