Ice Cold Rekorderlig + Alfresco Drinking = Perfect Summer Evening. That’s just simple maths, right?
Last week I spent my Friday night in Southbank exploring the Underbelly Festival. It’s free to enter and a gorgeous place to enjoy the sun with tickets available for comedy, cabaret and circus (who doesn’t like to start the weekend with some stand up). Each unique show is a great opportunity to soak up new culture and arts in the heart of the capital city so it’s a real must-see this summer. Best of all, there’s a very special pop up serving ice cold cider…
Ice Cold Rekorderlig + Alfresco Drinking = Perfect Summer Evening. 🙌🍸☀️The @RekorderligCider Botanicals Bar has popped up at the Underbelly Festival on Southbank. It’s free to enter and a gorgeous place to enjoy the sun with tickets available for comedy, cabaret & circus. We stopped by to try the delish new drinks including: Grapefruit-Rosemary and Peach-Basil. 😋🍑The #RekorderligBotanicals Bar is yours to enjoy until 30th September so be sure to stop by! #BeautifullySwedish AD
The Rekorderlig Botanicals Bar is a Scandi-dream with rustic wooden panels, twinkling fairy lights and a floral living wall. We stopped by to try their delicious new drinks and I think it’s fair to say we love them. Rekorderlig are renowned for their sweet summery drinks but this new range is a touch subtler with innovative new botanical ingredients.Grapefruit-Rosemary, Rhubarb-Lemon-Mint and Peach-Basil are all delicious but the Peach-Basil had to be my favourite. The perfect serve of this was with a leaf of basil and the aroma was such a summer treat.
I loved the new drinks so much that I had to buy some for the house and served it in fancy cocktail goblets with ice for my friends when we watched the World Cup (the less we talk about the semi-final the better but rest assured, the drinks were great).
You can enjoy the delicate new#RekorderligBotanicals range at Underbelly Festival on Southbank until 30th September so be sure to stop by! Comment below to let me know what your must-visit spot is in London this summer.
